I’m excited to invite you to join our Spring-Into-Health Nutrition Challenge, designed to help you build better habits, improve your nutrition, and set the foundation for long-term success!

This challenge is designed to help you reset your body and health after a long winter while building confidence in strategies that support lean muscle growth and reduce body fat. Our focus is on movement and performance, not deprivation! So you can nourish both your mind and body, making them stronger and more resilient. Commit to the next four weeks with us, and you’ll experience results beyond your expectations, both mentally and physically. A challenge should push you, but it should also be achievable, and that’s exactly how we designed it!

How It Works:
4 Main Daily Goals:

✅Eat 30-45g of protein at every meal
✅Eat 4-5 different types of veggies daily
✅Get at least 8,000 steps each day
✅Eat without distractions (no screens, no multitasking!)

Weekly Special Goals:
Each week, we’ll focus on an extra challenge:

💥Week 1: No alcohol
💥Week 2: Daily meditation
💥Week 3: Gratitude journaling
💥Week 4: Daily stretching

What is CrossFit?

Most of CrossFit Pyro’s workouts are based on functional movements. Functional movements like squatting, lifting things from the ground, jumping, running and pulling. These movements are used in a constantly varied fashion while performing them at high intensity to produce results.
