Note: Work on your mobility, the weight is irrelevant, open up the shoulders

1 power snatch 185/125
3 overhead squats

Note: You can power snatch or squat snatch but you still have to do 3 overhead squats no matter what. 30 overhead squats total. Scale the weight accordingly
