Are you ready to start CrossFit or a healthy lifestyle? There’s no better time than now. CrossFit Pyro is starting a new set of fundamentals Saturday May 6th at 12pm. The session should be about 1:30hr depending on questions and how many people are in. We’ll be covering what CrossFit is, its origin, benchmarks workouts, terms used and language, scalling, the first 3 months, fundamental movements like squats, presses and deadlifts, how to get most of the programming and maintain the intent of the workouts and most importantly, how to have fun. This session is included with all memberships and is for everyone. If you’ve been at Pyro for a while and missed out on the last fundamentals session, we highly recommend taking it.
