Just like August, we’ll be doing a little challenge to get outside our comfort zone. This month, we’ll be focusing on mobility. Every day will have a mobility component incorporated into the programming. You can almost see it as a weakness, in a way that everyday you’ll have a chance to work your personal mobility issues. Can’t quite get a pistol, overhead squat, shoulders are tight, hips are tight, whatever the case may be. We’ll spend time on it. We’ll keep the mobility at the end of the class. In order to get to it, you’ll see a little bit more time caps for workouts or amraps. We just want to make sure everybody get to it. As you know, mobility and stretches are just as important as working out.

Not only that, starting Monday, we’ll doing our 8 week oly lifts program that will lead us right into our own Oly lifts meet. We’ll have weight categories, badass onesies and a lot of Personal records guarantee. We’ll be testing our Snatch and clean and jerk Friday and Sunday. We’re also planning on getting some gear like competion plates, fractional plates and building a nice oly lift platform for the event. This will also take some extra time and logistics, so we’ll only be charging 20$ per participant for the comp. This is only in house and meant to be fun. I already ordered my onesie, just saying.
