3-3-3-3 (land in a squat, no starfish allowed)

Snatch high pulls
3-3-3-3 (tng from the ground, go heavy)

Overhead squat
3-3-3-3 (2 second pause at the bottom)

Note: all the pulls below the waist are with the hook grip regardless if you like it or not, no way around it today, sorry. The hook grip is crucial in olympic lifts, let’s work on it.
