Run 400m

10 clean and jerks 135/95
40 sit ups

20 thrusters 95/65
30 toes to bar

30 wall balls 20/14
20 chest to bar pull ups

40 squats
10 bar muscle ups

Run 400m

Note: both partner work simultaneously. The run is together but afterwards, each partner will do different movement and switch. For example, after the run partner 1 will perform 10 clean and jerks while partner 2 does 40 sit ups. Both partner switch after both have completed their respective movement. Partner 1 will then perform 40 situps and partner 2 10 clean and jerk. More details in class.
