This month, we’ll be covering olympic lifts and the muscle up. Expect to work on those quite a bit this month. Today for example we’ll be covering the snatch in details. This the perfect time to review our lifts and develop strength. We hope to be able to video everyone’s lift and review your technique at some point. The muscle up is on everybody’s radar so we’ll give you the tools and the program to get it or how to be more efficient.
