Active recovery, go for a walk, bike ride, jog or row for 10-15 minutes. You’ll feel better. Stretch it out and roll. Do some basic maintenance. Your workout/ recovery ratio should be close to a 1:1. Meaning everytime you workout you should do some basic maintenance, you’ll avoid unnecessary tightness or tweaks. 

On a side note, double unders and a good skiping rope is a big part of what we do. Now, we do have good rope in the box, there’s nothing like having your own. You get the style you like, the weight you like and the length you need. By experience, here’s the link to some of the ropes on the market, from Rogue Fitness. I recommend the sr-3s rope for the price and ease of replacement. All the sr ropes are good for that matter. If you order one, bring it to the box and we’ll help with measurements. Here’s the link:
