CrossFit Games Open workout 16.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

25-ft. overhead walking lunge 95/65
8 bar facing burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge 95/65
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

The workout is happening between 1000 and 1200. Heats are as follow: 1000, 1025, 1050, 1115, 1135 and a possible 1200 if needed. We’re planning on having 2 or 3 athletes going simultaneously. There’s no assigned heats at the moment but if you have time constraint let us know. You will be on your own for the warm-up so try to arrive at least 20 minutes before start times. We have a pretty small space for this workout so we’ll have to pull some magic tricks. We have couple different options so keep an open mind. Depending on the weather in the morning we might do the lunges outside so bring some layers in case. Rule of the house, if somebody judge you, you have to judge somebody as well.
