20m walking lunges
20m broad jumps
20 situps
Note: Setup 2 points 20m apart, start on one side walking lunges to the other side, come back with broad jumps (2 feet take off and landing), once back to the start point, perform 20 sit ups. This constitute a full round. Complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP). If you can’t complete a full rounds when the time is up, note where you finished, example, “got to 10 situps”.
Regular Prog
With a running clock, every minute perform 1 lift and add 10 pounds.
Start with an empty barbell and snatch for as long as possible.
Once you cannot snatch the weight, clean for as long as possible.
Once you cannot clean the weight, deadlift for as long as possible.
Post heaviest load for the snatch, clean and deadlift to comments.
